Description Responsible for supporting two CRE Relationship Managers in providing exceptional, white-glove customer service to their portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients. Partner closely with the Senior Relationship Assistant in handling client inquiries, processing loans, deposits, and wires, and ensuring adherence with compliance and operational risk controls. Specific Job Functions: Handle a high-volume of day-to-day customer inquiries via email, phone and in person in a timely and courteous manner. Provide account support and maintenance: opening/closing accounts, check orders, imaging, transfers, wires, and overdrafts. Process wire transfers in a dual control wire environment. Serve as the main point of contact for all deposit and treasury services related needs. Audit loan files for accuracy ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Provide administration support to the Commercial Real Estate team. Collect and review all required collateral information. Interact with attorneys to prepare, review and complete accurate loan documentation. Interact with third party vendors for Ordering of Commercial Appraisals, Environmental Reports and other loan due diligence as required. Requirements At least five years of Commercial Banking Experience in an RM support or client-facing role. Prior banking customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. CRE or Commercial Lending Assistant experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of loan closings and deposit ops preferred. Experience processing wires preferred. Knowledge of FIS Horizon knowledge preferred. Skills & Capabilities: Strong client-focus with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Values a sense of urgency around responsiveness and availability to meet business needs. Attentiveness to deadlines and details. Maintains a positive, patient and engaging demeanor with internal partners and clients alike. Must be a self-starter, team player, and adaptive.
