Description
As a Senior Release Train Engineer, you will hold a pivotal position in aligning teams, enabling Agile delivery, and driving multi-functional progress toward our mission. In this role, you'll gain exposure to a multiple initiative program, work with senior customers, and influence how technology drives strategic outcomes across the organization. Position Responsibilities: Drive program-level execution across multiple project workstreams Co-ordinate dependencies, work you're doing, and timelines across Agile teams and shared services Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments Establish and maintain transparency of progress, achievements, and program health through reporting and tooling (Jira/Confluence) Collaborate with Product Teams, Architecture, DevOps, Security and Business Customers to align priorities and ensure value delivery Ensure readiness afor release cycles and coordinate integrated testing and delivery pipelines Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or enterprise environment 5+ years of experience as a RTE, or Agile Program Manager Deep understanding of Agile framework and Lean principles Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields, with equivalent experience also considered Preferred Qualifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification or Program Consultant Experience leading programs involving multi year transformation comprising of full stack technologies Experience with the use of AI tools and supporting teams that use AI Knowledge of compliance and governance in regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance) Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendors When you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
