Implementation Engineers is seeking a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) with deep manufacturing experience to join our Asset Performance Excellence practice. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead RCA, FMEA, and criticality assessments to eliminate recurring failures
• Develop and implement PdM, PM, and CBM strategies using best-in-class reliability tools
• Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) across complex equipment environments
• Analyze failure trends and equipment performance using CMMS data, historian systems, and Weibull/Barriger modeling
• Optimize spare part inventory, lubrication schedules, and maintenance procedures
• Support new equipment purchases and capital projects from a reliability engineering perspective
• Build and track performance metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and availability
