Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Remediation Engineer with specific experiences in Project Management, design, installation, operation and maintenance of remediation systems for contaminated soil & groundwater. Our teams work on complex remediation projects, pulling the right resources from across the company to support project needs. The appointed person will be expected to have key role in the team, with the below responsibilities: Managing and developing remediation proposals and projects covering all environmental aspects, associated regulation, and staffing requirements; Conducting remedial alternatives analysis; Overseeing project budget and cost-benefit analyses; Coordinating and appointing subcontractors; Ensuring all parties meet compliance with environmental regulations; Training staff on how to use and implement remediation systems; Build sustainable relationships in order to meet our business development goals; Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and team by evaluating project successes and challenges and sharing lessons learned to enhance performance within the business; Apply and encourage a high level of health and safety awareness and quality management at all times; Ensure effective communication with the project team and clients. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Sciences; 5+ years of related experience with a multinational company is preferred; Fluency in Italian and English; Technically skilled to perform process-oriented and sampling tasks; Demonstrable ability to keep up to date with the latest legislation and compliance requirements; Flexible approach and ability to change direction when required; Motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with the initiative to complete tasks; Excellent planning, organizational skills, and time management; Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally to conduct site visits; A background in Industry is advantageous, as well as experience in the Consulting sector; Licensed to drive a vehicle in ITA (essential).
