THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Remuneration & Benefits Partner to lead the evolution of our global reward frameworks and strategies. • Lead the end-to-end global annual remuneration review process

  • Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis to inform recruitment, promotions, and organisational design
  • Design and review global benefits programmes to meet employee needs and market expectations
  • Partner with senior leaders, People teams, and Finance to provide strategic advice on reward practices
