We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Repairs Surveyor to join our Complex Works team on a 4-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll provide line management for the Repairs Surveyors while also managing your own Repairs Surveyor workload.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of responsive maintenance, ensuring Platform meets customer expectations, statutory and regulatory obligations, and maximises planned investment where possible. You will also use your expertise to offer technical advice on complex repair issues and escalations, driving excellence in all aspects of the role.
