Job Title: Senior Report Reviewer Type of Employment: Permanent Department: Coordination Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka Job Responsibilities: Thoroughly verifying the raw data & finalize. Maintaining the data transfer to the final report properly. Maintaining that the final report generate as per the customer requirement / specification accordingly. Maintaining the quality of test result as well as report. Maintaining the report generate as per the customer report format. Maintaining data / information transfer to the customer report from test requisition form properly. Coordinating with members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests. Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaise with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time. Registering the complaints received and recording the corrective and preventive action. Any special task assigned by supervisor/Manager. Required Skills: · Soft Skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving, patience, proactive approach, and multitasking abilities. · Technical Skills: ISO/IEC 17025 Certification, Basic Training in Calibration & Measurement Uncertainty, Basic knowledge on dying/finishing/weaving/garment making. Educational Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Sc / BA / BBA / BSS). Preferably in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Textile Engineering. Experience Requirements: 3 to 4 years in relevant job. Other Job Requirements: · Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla · Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
