What You’ll Do – Are you looking for an opportunity where you will bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? As a Senior Specialist, Reporting, you will provide value added service to the TTEC client base by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include business evaluation, process development, business analysis, business modeling and report development. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team. During a Typical Day, You’ll: • Manage multiple complex business projects. • Develops dashboards, data-driven solutions, performs data analysis and visualization in response to our internal clients\ Ops • Maintain database records and conduct routine audits to validate proper site, client, and project relationships. • Provide insights and analytics to enhance processes, productivity, and efficiency KPIs. • Work directly with leadership teams and our internal customers, interacting with them, exchanging feedback and presenting results. • Support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting requests. • Develop and maintain central operations data solutions using Excel skills , Power Query, Power Pivot, and other tools. What You Bring to the Role: Minimum 1 of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience preferred). Must-have: • Advanced Excel • Power Query • Power Pivot • Strong communication skills • Strong understanding of data, performance and KPI - to be able to apply in BPO operations and to interpret reporting needs.
