We’re looking for someone to help us transform how we use data to inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities You’ll be the go-to for strategic HR reporting and insights, responsible for: Designing and building interactive, KPI-driven dashboards in Power BI. Transforming data into storytelling dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Applying advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modelling and exploring AI tools for generative insights. Integrating and transforming data from multiple HR systems (Workday, aPay) to create a unified, accurate, and reliable data foundation for reporting and analytics. Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence workforce planning and decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation and impact. You’ll have the autonomy and organisational buy-in to lift our analytics maturity from infancy to best practice. For more detailed information, please refer to the Position Description Please note this is a full-time (37.5hours/week) permanent position, with a salary range of $110,700 - $136,700 depending on skills and experience. He kōrero mōu | About you We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and solution-focused, with the ability to translate data into meaningful stories for technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field. Experience: 4+ years in data or analytics roles (HR or People Analytics preferred), with at least 1–2 years at a senior advisory level. Proven ability to deliver strategic reporting and insights at a senior level. Experience with HR systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters) Experience in leveraging AI for advanced reporting and insights. Technical Skills: Advanced Power BI (including DAX for complex measures and knowledge of M query). Strong SQL and familiarity with Snowflake.
