Senior Reports Coordinator

Role Purpose:
Support customers and account management team by providing performance reporting and analysis related to customer service and internal process effectiveness

Key Accountabilities:

• Production of annual budget and monthly tracking and reporting of cost vs. budget.
• Responsible for analyzing, compiling and reporting Network Key Performance Indictors.
• Create logistics and analytical reports to support customers and account management team.
• Cost analysis project work on policy changes and potential customer demand changes.
• Monitor and resolve data integrity problems.
• Work as part of team to improve standard reporting processes.
• Assist account management team to define meaningful data reports.
• Assist customers in defining customized reporting requirements.
• Create standard scheduled data reports for customers and managers.
• Develop ad hoc queries and reports using relevant software tools.
• Continuously advance personal knowledge of relevant software tools.
• Provide input to system engineers regarding database design.
• Work well with station operations management, customer account managers, finance management, customers, software vendors.
• Prioritize conflicting tasks.
• Capability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree
• Experience in 3rd Party Logistics environment, preferred
• Prior experience with modeling or solution-development, preferred
• Experience with Cold Fusion, crystal report, and other report development environments, preferred
