PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced specialist to work for one of our client from the banking industry.

SKILLS

Must have
Proven experience in requirements engineering, data analysis, and solution design within technical environments.
Solid technical foundation in data engineering, including familiarity with ETL tools, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern data architectures.
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and map them to technical requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities—capable of translating between business and technical domains effectively.
Nice to have
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data visualization platforms is a plus.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed systems is advantageous.

Analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for data-driven solutions.
Design and support robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with analytical goals.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, using strong technical insight to ensure feasible, effective solutions.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that drive informed decision-making.
Document data models, workflows, and system interfaces to support transparency and maintainability.
Champion best practices in data governance, data quality, and process optimization.
