Lead planning, execution and close-out of clinical trials, managing scope, timelines, budget and risk
Manage CROs and third-party vendors, including selection, contracting and performance oversight
Oversee site selection, feasibility, start-up and patient recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, UK clinical trial regulations, MHRA and HRA/REC requirements
Coordinate CTA and ethics submissions
Maintain inspection readiness, including TMF oversight
