This role will be a key interface between CGS core business and clients involving onboarding users, keep them engaged, collections and improving the client’s experience throughout. We are looking for a competent and self-driven individuals who will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. You will struck a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments by contacting clients and collect outstanding payments. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of operations, product, technology partners and assist in diverse projects that are transformational to our global operations. What You'll Do: Ability to take ownership of objectives set and drive results, independently. Review open accounts for collection efforts and make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable delinquency and apply good customer service in a timely manner. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and update account status records and collection efforts. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments and process payments and refunds. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Should be prepared for cross training and for any job rotation or movement between processes. The primary location specifies you will be required to be in the Hyderabad FactSet's office in a Hybrid work environment. What We Are Looking For: A bachelor’s degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, question and understand, and to be clear and concise while expressing thoughts. Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment, willingness to work in rotational shifts as required. Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Exposure to collections process is preferred but not required.
