Responsibilities:

  • Support Growth and scalability
  • New nodes expansion, support awareness and provide data-driven evidence to enable preference for the team among Google stakeholders, to drive scale to ensure growth into new research areas
  • Subject Matter Expert & Project Oversight
  • Discuss and brainstorm the finer details of the project with the stakeholders and LI FTE to enable the creation of a robust and holistic research plan
  • Oversee the creation of screener, mod-guide, and other supporting documents for the research to ensure that all the documents are aligned to the overall goals and expected outcomes of the research project

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experiencemanaging and conducting qualitative and quantitative research e.g. usability testing, in depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc is required
  • High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work independently across multiple projects, comprising of a variety of tasks and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written to ensure dissemination of project details
  • Ability to think of the larger picture to understand the stakeholder goals and align them with the needs/requirements/activities of the project
  • Comfortable presenting and providing research outcomes and recommendations to project stakeholders across all levels
  • Efficiently allocate time between multiple projects, prioritizing projects based on changing project schedules and stakeholder requirements
  • Experience of managing and handling teams (if required). M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human Factors,
  • Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, UX or Market Research or other fields emphasizing human behavior; or in lieu of degree, some related work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
