SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



    • Bachelor’s or higher degree (data/economics/mathematics/coding-related strongly preferred)

    • Experience developing relationships with customers, or in a stakeholder or project delivery role (required; 2+ years strongly preferred)
    • Experience in survey programming, design, or analysis strongly preferred, ideally using Qualtrics or other survey platform
    • English language ability essential (IELTS 7+ or C1 minimum)

    Responsibilities:

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    We are excited to share we are hiring for a new Senior Research Analyst role! This is a diverse and exciting position that combines both customer-facing opportunities as well as data and analysis requirements. This growing arm of the business supports all survey-based projects across the team. The role would suit someone who is highly experienced in survey programming and research and that is self motivated and works well independently. While based in Santiago, the SRA will report into the Quant Team Lead (QTL), who will be based in Cambridge, UK.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Commercial

    • Working closely with clients to execute their projects successfully, involving frequent communication with a range of stakeholders including internal teams, external suppliers, and clients across all verticals of the company
    • Strong customer-facing skill set - needs to be confident with the full project leading process from RFQ through to wrap up. If no direct experience, need excellent communication skills especially phone and email comms
    • Adaptability - quant works across a large number of clients and verticals so we need to be able to adapt how we work depending on needs
    • Quant involves a lot of third party work, so communication skills and ability to hold others to account for delivery is key
    • Aptitude for learning quickly - quant has some specialised processes which would need to be taught
    • Data-driven as this helps with pricing quickly and efficiently
    • Good excel knowledge and confidence working with spreadsheets and calculations
    • Coding experience or interest in learning some coding for survey programming
    • Excellent customer service to deliver all quantitative insights to our customers and to keep them coming back for more
    • Independence in communicating with customers, especially given time differences with QTL
    • Aptitude for fast learning to be able to keep up with multiple customer requirements

    Operational

    • Strong excel knowledge and confidence working with numbers in spreadsheets
    • Coding/survey programming experience strongly preferred - Ideally in Qualtrics
    • Adapting quickly and efficiently to different customer types and projects
    • Data-driven with excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent time management
