Key Responsibilities: Responsible for field-based activities which includes motivating and enrolling of study subjects to be part of study, collecting data, assisting in data cleaning and biological specimen collection and planned activities. Other responsibilities include: Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection in the field; oversee data collection using appropriate, research tools, conduct regular field visits to study sites; supervise data collection processes; ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical standards; supervise participant recruitment; oversee implementation of study interventions; manage participant data; conduct transcription; perform thematic qualitative analysis and quantitative data analysis and compile and analyze datasets; assist the PI in piloting, testing, and refining research tools; coordinate communication between the research team and relevant stakeholders; assist in summarizing study protocols; contribute to reports, manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations; collaborate with the research team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations; assist in overall project implementation. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a medical or health-related field from a well-reputed local or international university; at least one year of relevant research experience preferably in community settings and/or research organizations; experience in conducting research projects, data collection and supervision; management and organizational skills; working knowledge of MS Office, statistical analysis (SPSS), reference management (EndNote), literature research (PubMed, internet) and mobile applications; good interpersonal skills and communication skills, including spoken and written Urdu in field; experience in conducting and analyzing quantitative/qualitative research studies.
