This is grant funded contractual position. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for field-based activities which includes motivating and enrolling of study subjects to be part of study, collecting data, assisting in data cleaning and biological specimen collection and planned activities. Other responsibilities include: Provide real-time technical support during a1l virtual stroke clinic consultations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted sessions between clinicians and patients; troubleshoot common technical issues (e.g., connectivity problems, audio-video glitches, login/access errors, device incompatibility; monitor and record technical performance of each session, including dropouts, delay and reported difficulties; maintain logs of technical glitches, errors, and resolutions for continuous quality improvement; assist clinicians in navigating the virtual platform, including setup, login, and use of digital tools (screen sharing, uploads etc); coordinate with the IT software team to report recurring issues and assist in implementing updates or fixes; ensure backup system (alternative conferencing links, devices, or communication methods) are available during clinics; prepare brief technical performance reports and share with the Research Coordinator/PI; train new staff, clinics and patientin basic use of the virtual platform and provide refresher guidance as needed; ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards during all technical operations; support smooth integration of technical aspects with research processes, including secure data transfer and storage; maintain and update technical user guides, FAQs and quick-reference materials of staff and patients; generate periodic analytic reports(monthly/quarterly), summarizing technical performance, including frequency of glitches, resolution times, and user feedback; participate in review meetings with the research and clinical teams to discuss recurring challenges and propose actionable solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical engineering, or a related discipline; at least two years of relevant research experience preferably in community settings/ or research facilities; strong understanding of video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), cloud platforms, and mobile applications; proficiency in MS Office, basic analytics, and report generation; excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills to assist both clinicians and patients in real time Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
