As a result of the increasing number of external ADC collaborations, we are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Research Associate Bioconjugation. You will operate in a team that supports the preparation of ADCs for external collaborations with biotech/pharma companies with key tasks including; setting up experiments, running reactions and purifying intermediates and final products and interpretation of results. In addition you will manage research associates and help with them with daily supervision.

• Execution of experiments following established protocols (including but not limited to performing remodeling and bioconjugation experiments, product purification, product fill-finish and product analysis)
• Managing of research associates
• Processing, analyzing & documenting of results in ELN
• Preparation of production reports and product certificates
• Take assigned responsibilities in designated tasks & projects
• Provide general support to lab operations
