WHERE THE CHEMISTRY HAPPENS…

We are looking for a Senior Research Biologist / Station Manager like you to provide leadership and manage all aspects of research farm and cross portfolio / cross crop research program (Herbicide, Fungicide, Insecticide, FCC). This includes but is not limited to people management, annual budgeting, 3-year capital planning, 3-year crop rotation planning, farm cooperator relationships, management of temporary staffing needs on the farm and quality of all data collection.
As part of the team you will provide management of external research cooperators and supports regulatory submissions by project. This will involve interaction with technical and regulatory teams (country). External interactions may include both public and private research scientists and influencers.
As a Senior Research Biologist/ Station Manager, in addition to managing a research farm executing project planning including protocol planning, data summaries, presentations for multiple audiences. Participation in Molecule and Product Launch Excellence (PLE) teams will be a key element of this role.
