TECHNICAL AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or preferred Master’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in material synthesis and characterization
• Preferred: Familiarity with scale-up processes for material synthesis
• Preferred: Knowledge of safety protocols in a laboratory setting
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
