Description The Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI), the only Federally Recognized Hemophilia Treatment Center of Excellence in Illinois south of Chicago, is hiring a Senior Research Coordinator for Institute research studies. He or she will work with Institute personnel, outside agencies, pharmaceutical company representatives, hospital and university staff, IRB, and others identified as part of a study. In addition to state-of-the-art research, BCDI provides superior, patient-focused, compassionate care to our patients. To accomplish this, we need team members with passion, talent and commitment. About Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI):Located in the beautiful river city of Peoria, Illinois, BCDI’s mission is to provide integrated, family-oriented care, treatment and education for persons with bleeding, blood clotting and other blood disorders. Our multidisciplinary team approach at BCDI collaboratively treats the whole person by addressing the various factors that play a role in treatment, including physical, emotional, psychological, educational, financial, and vocational factors. This collaboration between professionals results in the best care possible for all our patients. Salary Range $72k - $82k dependent upon experience We Offer a Competitive Compensation Package: Employer paid health insurance and affordable vision and dental insurances. Bachelor of Science or similar. 2. SOCRA certification preferred. 3. Two plus years research experience. 3. Ability to function as a team leader, possess strong communication and organizational skills, require minimal supervision and willingly adjust to a flexible work load. 4. Excellent computer skills, with experience working with a variety of software programs.
