This is a grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to supervise and monitor the research activities including data collection as well as maintain necessary records, create and sustain liaison with the relevant stakeholders for the smooth implementation of all necessary activities of the project. Specific responsibilities include to: Coordinate with Leads of assigned research projects for multiple matters related to project activities; take follow ups and updates on regular basis for timely submission and completion of tasks; ensure that the quality of data collected are as per the protocols and SoPs of the project; conduct surprise visits at households to ensure compliance; conduct audits on regular intervals at all field sites across Pakistan to ensure proper compliance of all project related SoPs; maintain proper liaison with relevant stakeholders including granting agencies, government stakeholders and community stake holders for smooth operations; facilitate Principal Investigators or other Project Leads in completion of proposal writings and other timely submission of reports. Requirements You should have: Master’s degree in Sociology or any other relevant field; 3 to 4 years of work experience preferably in a Health Care Organization; excellent Communication and coordination skills; good language skills in Urdu and English (both written and verbal); ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively; demonstrated ability to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary team as a group leader, facilitator, or participant; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure with patience and poise; resilience and ability to cope up with work pressure and stringent deadlines; willing to travel and work in the communities / rural field sites.
