WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Supports the identification and development of new technologies related to biosensors, infection management, biomaterials and tissue repair.
• Serves as a subject matter expert, contributing to and collaborating on new product development projects involving biocompatibility, chemical analysis, and mechanical testing. Acts as a scientific advisor to functions such as Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Business Development (not exhaustive).
• Maintains close collaboration with other Zimmer Biomet sites and external suppliers. Supports Master’s and PhD research projects at partner universities, actively seeking opportunities for academic collaboration and external funding.
• Delivers training for both Team Members and Customers.
