Description
Responsibilities: * Designing research studies and responsible for qualitative data analysis. * Managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader business strategies. * Present findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. * Check, analyze, and interpret complex data, delivering clear and actionable recommendations. * Supporting in identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with senior team members    Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Minimum 4-6 years of experience in qualitative market research or related field. * Strong background in both qualitative and comfortable working with quantitative data on occasion. * Excellent project management and client servicing skills. * Proficiency in qualitative analysis, qualitative moderation, digital solutions (online community/ pre-task/ social media listening). * Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian are required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Able to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively. * Familiar with AI tools to improve overall research efficiency. * Highly motivated and curious about global and local market and trends  Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research companies and currently the only one primarily managed by researchers, ranking as a #1 full-service research organization for four consecutive years.
