Senior Research Executive / Research Manager  Brand Health Tracking (BHT) - Sydney or Melbourne Ipsos is one of the world’s leading market research companies, founded and run by research professionals. We’re looking for a Research Manager / Senior Research Executive to join our BHT team in Sydney or Melbourne. ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-impact brand tracking programs while managing projects end-to-end and building strong client relationships. You’ll combine analytical thinking with storytelling to translate data into meaningful insights, helping clients shape their brand strategies. * Manage and coordinate research projects from design through to delivery  * Partner with senior team members to develop project plans, timelines, and manage budgets  * Analyse data and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights  * Design questionnaires and research materials  * Prepare compelling reports and presentations, and present findings to clients  * Act as a key day-to-day client contact, responding to queries and providing guidance  * Collaborate with fieldwork and operations teams to ensure smooth execution  * Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent studies * Contribute to team learning by coaching and supporting junior colleagues  * Identify opportunities to enhance processes, outputs, and client outcomes, including through innovation and new ways of working * Manage and collaborate with our offshore Project Management team, ensuring seamless delivery and enabling onshore teams to focus on high-value client work * Contribute to commercial thinking by identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationship YOUR PROFILE * A degree in psychology, marketing, economics, business, or related field  * Strong foundation in quantitative research methods, with the ability to analyse data and turn it into clear, actionable insights * Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget  * Experience in market research (agency or supplier side)  * RM: ~3+ years with strong client-facing experience * SRE: prior research experience with solid project coordination exposure * Excellent communication and presentation skills  * High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking  * Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment  * Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach  * Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of Q and SPSS ABOUT IPSOS We’re one of the world’s largest research companies, the only one founded and still managed primarily by researchers across 90 markets.
