Job Description
MedHealth is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Fellow to join our team on a part-time basis. This pivotal role will contribute to positioning MedHealth as an industry and thought leader in the delivery of evidence-based health and injury rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will lead and conduct high-quality research, engage with strategic partners, and apply best practice methodologies to support innovation and service development. You will undertake literature reviews and comprehensive data analysis to inform the improvement of existing services and the creation of new, evidence-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing insightful, research and data-driven literature reviews to inform strategic decision-making and foster continuous innovation across MedHealth.
  • Supporting conference papers, tender and grant applications through robust research and development of evidence-based proposals.
  • Designing and implementing evaluation surveys, risk screens, assessments, and targeted evaluations for specific services, clients, and groups.
  • Embedding innovation and innovative thinking within research processes and organisational culture.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in health-related research and data analysis.
  • Strong ability to communicate research outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven capability in securing research funding or supporting grant submissions.
