Description
PURPOSE  * To contribute to the development of company strategic research framework. * To build and nurture relationships and credibility with clients. * To participate on company initiatives and growth of business. * To inspire, grow your team. RESPONSIBILITY * Demonstrate extensive knowledge of market research industry, in order to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients. * Manage and foster positive ongoing relationship with key contacts at client portfolio. * Demonstrate in depth understanding of client’s product, service and strategy and their competitive market in order to build and grow Ipsos credibility and business with client. * Oversee the team to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery. * Proactively work with cross-functional department managers. * Develop, manage and mentor staffs to build client understanding, strategic insight and presentation skills. * Work with Research Managers and Senior Research Executives to review all proposals and presentations to ensure that they are delivering key thinking on business issues. * Present compelling insights to client. * Contribute to and actively manage assigned revenue and profit margin. * Regularly provide performance feedback and also seek feedback from team members. * Recognize and reward the contributions of staff, provide a safe work environment and encourage a healthy balance of work and personal life. * Build the team: allocate tasks among team member & grow juniors * Challenges existing processes internally and externally. * Supervised by an Associate Research Director or Research Director. QUALIFICATIONS Background: * At least 7 years of strong Market Research Experience. * Demonstrate a good application of this market research knowledge. * Selling of research projects and capabilities. * Experience in team management and team building. Soft-skills: * Good communication skills, written and oral in both Vietnamese and English. * Sound problem-solving skills. * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Exceptional time management skills. * Good client service skills. * Able to build strong links with the rest of the business. * Able to work effectively in a team and independently. Personality: * Proactive / Self-motivated. * Open to change / Engineer for change. Education: Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies.
