Joining RainCity means working with a highly motivated and supportive team. We invest in professional growth, encourage thought leadership, and give our staff the autonomy to shape their roles. If you’re passionate about improving health through evidence and analysis — and want to work in a flexible, mission-driven environment

What We Offer

  • Base salary $125,000 per annum
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
  • Flexible hybrid work environment that supports work-life balance
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Amazing corporate culture (we are really cool scientists!)
