This position opens the opportunity to apply the latest state of the art in AI/ML and data science to global and key strategic projects Job Description We’re looking for a highly experienced (10+ years) and intellectually curious Senior Research Scientist to contribute to innovation in Generative AI and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong critical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. What You’ll Bring Expertise in Generative AI: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Applied ML Skills: Semantic search, vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), hallucination detection, summarization, and model evaluation. Strong coding ability in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). Solid foundation in ML fundamentals, experimentation, and feature engineering. A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
