Responsibilities:

• Lead new business development and propose innovative research projects.
• Design and optimize molecular/immunological assays (proof-of-concept to validation).
• Manage project milestones through clear goal setting.
• Ensure lab safety compliance and accurate documentation.
• Train and mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize bioinformatics (Python scripting) for data analysis.

Requirements:

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of lab experience in diagnostics/life sciences.
• Expertise in molecular biology, immunoassays, and assay development.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
