You’ll be a key player in delivering end-to-end executive search assignments, developing longlists, assessing top-tier candidates, and providing vital market intelligence. Key Responsibilities Independently manage and deliver on multiple executive search projects simultaneously. Collaborate with Partners and Client Partners to develop detailed client briefs, screening tools, and supporting documentation. Identify and approach high-calibre candidates through targeted research using LinkedIn, email, phone, and automation tools. Conduct structured competency-based interviews to assess suitability for client mandates. Create detailed longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates, with accompanying written reports. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communication throughout the process. Support with offer management and negotiation alongside the Client Partner. Document and manage all candidate data using the internal CRM system. Provide valuable market insights from candidate interactions to support business development. Qualifications and Experience Proven ability to work autonomously and generate quality candidate shortlists. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, especially at senior or executive levels. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently. Familiarity with key sectors such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Supply Chain (preferred but not essential). Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting deadlines. A strong learning mindset and drive for continuous professional development. Essential resources: reliable internet connection, laptop, and access to LinkedIn.
