The Senior Researcher sits within the NAB Private Wealth (PW) CIO Office and is responsible for the development and delivery of the private market investment funds offering. Reporting to the Head of Investment Funds Research – Private Markets, the role of Senior Researcher, will produce high quality investment research and insight on identified private markets opportunities and support the continued expansion of the (PW) CIO Office private markets offering.
As a key team member, you will help engage and support key Private Wealth stakeholders, clients and advisers.
Responsibilities:
Help identify attractive investment opportunities and provide high quality research on private market (such as Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Real Assets, and Private Uncorrelated Strategies) opportunities with a view of assessing suitability for inclusion in the Approved Product List (APL) and in client/model portfolios. In addition to this:
- Support the team on execution of the Private Wealth CIO Office private markets strategy including working with stakeholders to drive the identified changes.
- Report and advise on adviser and client queries.
- Engage on private market topics with clients and other external parties where required.
- Support the creation of comprehensive and timely quarterly reports and governance reporting.
