REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Senior Reservation Manager, Reservations Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in reservation software systems such as Opera, IDS, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
