Lead and deliver advanced Reservoir Engineering solutions across global assets, supporting both ongoing operations and strategic development projects. Drive field development studies - from conceptual planning and dynamic modelling to production forecasting - shaping key technical and commercial decisions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological, petrophysical, and production data into robust reservoir models and field development plans. Ensure technical excellence and reserves integrity through QA/QC of deliverables, PRMS - compliant reserve assessments, and active participation in technical reviews. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to represent Reservoir Engineering input in project reviews, partner meetings, and business development evaluations. Who are we looking for? Educational Background: You hold a Batchelor or higher Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical) or related subject. Professional Experience: You have at least 10 years of proven, hands-on experience in reservoir engineering, including at least 5 years with a recognised operator and with international exposure. Skills: Confident and proficent English language knowledge both written and oral. Expert in reservoir simulation and model building using Intesect, tNavigator, PetrelRE or other software. Skilled in compositional simulation and experience with Enhanced Oil Recovery methods. Sound knowledge of classical engineering techniques and experienced with well test analysis using numerical and analytical packages. Experienced working with stage gate processes and reserves management systems and undertaking development studies and field development and re-development planning. Hands-on background in operating environments, working closely with field and operations teams. High technical proficiency with the ability to tackle complex reservoir challenges independently. Mindset & Interpersonal skills: Mature, senior professional with sound judgment and strong communication skills. Proactive and engaged, not afraid to ask questions and challenge ideas constructively. Independent and self-driven, yet highly collaborative within multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment. Nice to Have: Russian language knowledge.
