MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or business administration. Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential may be substituted for the required education.
Experience: Seven years experience in project/ construction management of commercial and/or public/educational facility construction with full responsibility* for coordinating complex projects ranging in construction value from $20M and above is required.

The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. With deep expertise in public contract law, DSA processes, and school facility construction, s/he will be skilled in negotiating change orders, managing project budgets, and performing comprehensive contract administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for leading meetings, providing clear directives, and maintaining strong collaboration with contractors, public agencies, and other project stakeholders.
