The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex construction projects. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all construction activities related to MBuildings & Infra projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Provide strategic guidance and technical support to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve timely completion and delivery within established parameters. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with contractual requirements. Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns, provide project updates, and maintain positive relationships. Mentor and develop junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Professional accreditation or licensure as a Civil Engineer is advantageous. Extensive hands-on experience (20+ years) as a Resident Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, technical specifications, and industry best practices related to transportation infrastructure. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in preparing reports, technical documents, and presentations. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) for scheduling and resource management. Familiarity with KSA construction regulations, codes, and standards is preferred.
