An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Residential Services team as Senior Residential Advisor on a 6 month fixed term basis.
Residential Services oversees the application, booking and allocation cycles for students living in University-partnered accommodation. It also provides specialist information and advice to current and prospective students on finding and living in accommodation, both on and off campus.

You will deal with a range of enquiries including complex issues involving excellent partnership working and problem solving. You will also provide large-scale information and advice, through web and other resources, and events such as open days.
If you’re currently working in a student-facing and/or accommodation role, this could be an ideal development opportunity.
