THE ROLE

✔ Provide Emotional Support – Build strong, therapeutic relationships with young people, using trauma-informed approaches
✔ Safeguarding First – Always promote and protect the safety and welfare of the children
✔ Be Hands-On – Support with school runs, appointments, household tasks, and community activities
✔ Report Writing & Key Working – Maintain clear, accurate records and take the lead on care plans where appropriate
