Juventas is looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to assist in the running of our Registered Children’s Home based in Norwich.

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team.

As Senior Residential Support Worker you’ll be:

• Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation
• Responding to any childcare concerns appropriately
• Ensuring that the building, equipment and furniture in the home is well maintained
• Working effectively and co-ordinating with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies
