SENIOR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER / RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER– (CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE)

Rate of Pay: £12.44- £14.50 per hour + £65.00 per sleep-in shift
Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs? Positive Pathway Together UK are seeking Senior Residential Support Workers and Residential Support Workers to join our team in our solo placement home in Salford, Manchester supporting a child or young person with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support in a nurturing therapeutic solo placement environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping a young person’s future, promoting positive routines, emotional regulation, and life skills development.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll also take on additional responsibilities including leading shifts, supporting and mentoring staff, liaising with professionals, and assist the management team to ensure that all required paperwork is completed to a high standard.
