Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and levels, using the recruitment system and additional channels where required (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Lead all stages of the recruitment process, including vacancy briefings, advertising, CV sifting, telephone screening, offers, candidate feedback, and maintaining accurate system records
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice and influencing decisions where necessary
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating and facilitating assessment days and ensuring consistent communication
  • Provide a recruitment advisory service tailored to stakeholder needs, supported by toolkits and best practice guidance
  • Ensure recruitment systems and data are accurate to enable reliable cyclical and ad-hoc reporting
  • Support projects and initiatives that add value, enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve recruitment processes
  • Promote and support Employer Brand initiatives by managing review responses, creating and uploading content, and identifying opportunities to showcase business activities that strengthen our brand
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party agency in the creation of recruitment related campaigns ensuring we have the appropriate images to complement the narrative
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment-related queries within the People Team, delivering services in line with agreed targets and SLA
