JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Responsible AI Data Analyst analyzes Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning (DL) solutions and processes to support the care of HCA Healthcare patients. The Senior Responsible AI Data Analyst will lead and support HCA Healthcare processes that will increase the ethical & equitable care and treatment of our patients through emerging technologies.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Required
  • Master’s degree – Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics development or equivalent experience with data, decks, and dashboards in at least one major business domain that understands basic statistics concepts, and is looking for continued analytics growth and professional opportunity – Required
  • 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, ETLs, Teradata, Pipelines, and Power BI – Required
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Preferred
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, BEHAVIORS:

  • Ability to design and build analytics in spreadsheets, dashboards, and/or advanced scripting tools with sound statistical methods to answer business, operations, clinical, financial, and other domain questions – Required
  • Ability to lead and design process workflows to continually improve operational processes and structure – Required
  • Ability to design and build clean, compelling presentations to communicate analytical findings to executives and senior leaders - Required
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for understanding challenges/problems within the healthcare industry specifically related to the ethical development and use of AI
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, Cloud engineers, and other IT professionals to integrate responsible AI practices in the MLOPs workflow
  • Assist with No Code and Low Code AI proof of concept initiatives by collaborating with RAI Technical and Product Managers to develop metrics and dashboards
  • Support implementation of No Code and Low Code AI use cases and products by championing Responsible AI best practices and guidelines
  • Assist in building workflow for tracking and analyzing AI products and opportunities in addition to presenting analytics
  • Support data requests from the product and data science teams
  • Assist with the design and implementation of monitoring of product function and performance
