This is a great opportunity to land a hybrid-remote role based in Malta for a German-speaking iGaming professional whose career is focused on Responsible Gaming. You would be joining a well-established group of companies that is about to launch a brand for the licensed German market (GGL). Fostering a culture of compliance across the company, they manage their operations based on mandatory requirements and standards to ensure a secure user experience. The salary offered is up to €44K, with a typical schedule of 2 days per week in the St. Julian’s office and 3 days working remotely (though you may work from the office full-time if you prefer). Role & Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Responsible Gaming inquiries Manage Responsible Gaming cases and internal communication channels Monitor player activity and engage with players directly Communicate with players displaying potential risky behaviour Compile Responsible Gaming profiles for player accounts Follow up on player activities after Responsible Gaming interactions Develop and refine Responsible Gaming procedures Work closely with AML/Risk/Compliance team members Education, Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken Fluent in English, both written and spoken Min 3 year of Responsible Gaming-issues for the German Market / GGL Completed extensive training in responsible gaming Up-to-date on the German regulated market Strong empathy and compassion for players Previous exposure to/interest collaborating with AML / risk Happy to work in a partly office-based role in Malta About this role Salary €36-44K Flexible / Hybrid-Remote role, where you split your work between office and home, with turning up at the office twice per week is standard Excellent opportunity for professional growth!
