JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].
As a Senior Responsible Supply Chain Analyst you will join our Socially Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains Team, contributing to the development and execution of responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance processes, policies, and goals across our global supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and advance our responsible sourcing program while conducting governance activities that drive meaningful progress.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance topics, representing the company in forums with suppliers, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed responsible sourcing practices throughout the organization and global supply chain. While your primary focus will be on responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance, you’ll also have opportunities to work alongside colleagues integrating environmental sustainability into our supply chain strategy.
This role requires a strong drive to identify and thoroughly examine problems, promote compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct, and work with stakeholders to develop implementable solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing high-visibility initiatives, making excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills essential.
This fast-paced, hybrid role requires three days per week in-office and offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the future of responsible sourcing in the automotive industry.
