We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Restaurant General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our high-volume restaurant. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development. The Senior GM will ensure the restaurant meets all financial, customer service, staffing, and quality goals while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager in a high-volume setting.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of food safety standards, labor laws, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).
  • Lead, train, and manage management-level staff and large hourly teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Analyze financial reports (P&L, labor, inventory) and create action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Foster a positive culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for upper management, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead special projects or initiatives assigned by corporate leadership.
