Adecco’s client, a company in the F&B industry, is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to help set up a new restaurant in Jakarta..

• Schedule store visiting for responsible store.
• Figure out any hiccup from front operation.
• Take accountability for the specific improvement action plans which lead to sustainable improvement.
• Pick up potential candidates and do nomination and make sufficient training plans.
• Make sure operational updates have been sunk in your assigned shops.
• Make sure responsible shops are executing assigned tasks in time.
• Contribute to the company’s quality excellence development in the whole nation.
• Leading specialized project.

Experience Requirements :

• 1 year work experience in Fine dining/ casual dining restaurant.
• Individuals with start up working experiences will have an added advantage.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Can work independently, with a dynamic, positive attitude
• Willing to travel monthly to Indonesia and ability to communicate with local suppliers and contractors
