JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Utilize project management tools such as Xactimate, Encircle, Docusketch and PSA
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Supervise restoration teams, providing guidance, scopes and support as needed
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to homeowners
• Lead data collection efforts for project evaluation and reporting
• Oversee team management activities to ensure project goals are met
  -Oversee Junior project Manager to ensure work is being completed to Double Clean standards
