SENIOR RESTORATION TECHNICIAN – BIBRA LAKE, PERTH WA

Employer: Pressure Vac (trading as PV Restorations)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (base salary)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Role

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of three IICRC certifications or equivalent industry qualifications
  • Proven experience managing restoration projects (fire, water, or mould)
  • Comfortable handling heavy equipment and physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and reporting
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pressure Vac (trading as PV Restorations) is looking for an experienced Senior Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Perth. This full-time role is based at our Bibra Lake office and involves delivering emergency restoration services for residential and commercial properties impacted by water, fire, and mould damage.
We’re seeking someone with strong hands-on experience and the right qualifications to manage restoration projects end-to-end while meeting industry best practice standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out structural and contents restoration (including fire, water, and mould remediation)
  • Perform estimating, job reporting, and documentation
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and insurers
  • Comply with WHS protocols and operate restoration equipment safely
  • Work independently and as part of a team in field-based settings
