We are NZ Remediation and Restoration services Limited We are looking for 3 Senior Restoration Technicians our business. The positions are full-time with a guaranteed 30 hours per week. The roles are based in Auckland The hours will be rotating roaster between 7 am to 5 pm from Monday to Sunday.
Duties

Inspection and Assessment - Coonduct a thorough inspection to determine the extent of the water and other damage, helping develop a customized restoration plan.
Assess and advise on type of powerful pumps and vacuums to extract water from your property, preventing further damage and mold growth.
Drying and Dehumidification tests to ensure the area is dry to prevent mold to complete the restorations.
Cleaning and Sanitizing - Ensuring the cleaning personal clean all affected areas and items remove bacteria and prevent mold growth.
Provide antimicrobial solutions to clean the affected areas.
Ensure the mold remediation complies with S520 industry standards
Assess Restoration work- This includes assessing and analysing the equipment and material needed to restore the properties to its original condition.
