We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Retail Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.

DESCRIPTION

In this role you will develop strategies to support comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance the customer and team experience. You will provide insights to produce successful campaigns, inspire evolution, drive impact and measure efficiency to make recommendations for campaign optimizations. You will build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stake-holders across the business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in consumer marketing working with global brands within a multi-channel environment.
  • Experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including digital, print, and social.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact.
  • Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaigns.
  • Ability to work with large data sets to identify the right objectives, messages and moments for a campaign to be successful, and the measurement strategies that prove it
  • Comfort with fast iteration: testing, learning, and responding quickly to changing market signals
  • An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent.
  • A phenomenal teammate who leads from the front and will be the campion for doing what’s right.
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects.
